RESERVATIONS

To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.  Services are provided by appointment only.  The Self-Care Center is not open for walk-in clients at this time.

To reserve an appointment a credit card will be required at the time of booking.  It will not be charged until the end of your visit unless otherwise stated. See the cancellation policy below for more details.

Our booking software will send you a text and or email confirmation upon booking. A reminder will be sent via text, email, or both 2 days prior to your appointment.

Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember and notify us of any changes.

Please notify your service provider of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients each time that you schedule an appointment and before receiving services – each visit.


CANCELATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

We value your business, and your experience with us is very important to all members of our team. Since the time allocated for the appointment is reserved especially for you we ask that you respect our business and scheduling policy.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, you will be charged for the services you have reserved if we are unable to fill the appointment.

We apologize for any inconvenience this presents, but we cannot allow any exceptions. Our policies are designed to benefit all of our clients and quality of service, and because they impact our team’s income.

LATE POLICY

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each service.

Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We will always accommodate you if possible, however, if you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service.

If it needs to be rescheduled or if any portion of the treatments will be rendered during the remainder of the scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for payment of the full service.

Please remember that our team works by appointment and we have dedicated your appointment time for you.


MISSED APPOINTMENTS

  • If you do not arrive for your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price with your on-file credit card.
  • A deposit or prepayment will be required for future appointments.

RETURNS

  • Retail items purchased are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
  • We will gladly exchange an unopened product if it is brought back within 7 days of purchase.
  • Pre-payment is needed for any retail special orders. No refunds or exchanges on special orders. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Are considered like cash that cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.  
  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards.
  • Discounts, coupons & new client specials are not valid on gift certificates. 
  • Occasionally we do put gift certificates on special.  The promo value expires within 6 months of purchase after 6 months, we honor the amount paid for the life of the certificate.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased with a gift card.
  • If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 48-hour window, you will forfeit the scheduled service amount from the gift card. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
  • Promotional Gift Cards: The above rules apply and only one per person and they expire in 90 days.

GRATUITY

  • Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages.
  • We do not process gratuities on credit cards.
  • Customary tipping is 15- 25%
