Heather draws on her training as a Professional Crystal Healer and a collection of more than 100 types of crystals to create individualized sessions. Crystal selection and placement are thoughtful, rather than a standard layout repeated for everyone.

Heart Space Bliss is Heather Dempsey’s exclusive, proprietary signature session—personally curated to bring together Reiki, crystal healing, and sound therapy, drawing on the knowledge and intuition she has cultivated through more than 30 years of experience in spa care and personal wellness. It is one of her favorite sessions to offer: a personal invitation to be present, connect with your inner awareness, and allow time for your own inner healing.
This is Heather’s own approach—a carefully curated experience shaped by her training, personal insight, and the way she brings these practices together. While Reiki appointments may be available with different practitioners at the Self-Care Center, Heart Space Bliss is offered only by Heather. Each appointment is individually curated within her signature approach, with thoughtful attention to your intentions, the crystals she selects, and the sound elements she incorporates. The invitation is to cultivate stillness, welcome insight, and deepen your connection with yourself.

I’m Heather, owner of the Self-Care Center, Professional Crystal Healer, Quadruple Reiki Master, therapeutic coach, and hypnotherapist. Crystals are a part of my practice that I love sharing—especially with people who are curious but want an approachable place to begin.
The way I work is personal. We’ll talk about how you’re feeling, what you’re moving through, and what you’d like this time to be about. Then I’ll select crystals and plan a session around that conversation and my training.
I don’t choose a stone simply because its color matches a chakra, or use the same layout for every person who walks through the door. My collection gives us a wide range of textures, colors, and traditional associations to explore together.
You don’t have to agree with every idea about crystals to enjoy being cared for. Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. And if all you want is a quiet place to rest, we can make room for that, too.

Heart Space Bliss is Heather Dempsey’s exclusive, proprietary signature session. She personally curated this combination of Reiki, crystal healing, and sound therapy, drawing on knowledge and intuition cultivated through more than 30 years of experience in spa care and personal wellness. Other practitioners may offer Reiki, but Heart Space Bliss is available only with Heather. Select Heather when booking this session.
What happens in a crystal healing session?
You’ll begin with a conversation with Heather. She selects crystals for an individualized layout, and you rest fully clothed with stones placed on or around the body as agreed. The session is offered as a complementary wellness, spiritual, and reflective experience.
How does Heather choose the crystals?
Heather draws on her professional training, the intentions you discuss, and the traditional associations of individual stones. Her collection includes more than 100 crystal types, allowing a more personal approach than repeating one layout for everyone.
Do I need to know anything about crystals first?
Not at all. You can come in with years of interest or absolutely no background. Heather can explain the choices she makes and answer your questions in everyday language.
Do crystals treat illnesses or change my body’s frequency?
Crystal healing is not an established medical treatment, and claims that crystals cure disease or change the body’s frequency are not scientifically established. At the Self-Care Center, the session is offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and a restful experience, alongside appropriate healthcare.
Will I feel the crystals working?
There’s no required sensation or guaranteed result. Some people find the setting and ritual calming or meaningful; others enjoy the opportunity to pause. You don’t need a particular experience to participate.
Can crystal healing be combined with Reiki or sound?
Heather also offers Reiki and sound-based experiences. If you’re interested in combining approaches, ask when booking so you can choose the appropriate session. Your preferences and comfort guide what is included.
Can I buy a crystal I connect with?
Some crystals may be available to purchase. Ask Heather about the pieces you’re drawn to and what is available. There is no obligation to buy anything during your appointment.
How is this different from coaching?
Crystal healing centers on a quiet, symbolic or spiritual experience. Coaching involves more conversation about emotions, patterns, relationships, and goals. Explore Heather’s coaching services if you’re looking for that kind of support.
