It is my life’s purpose to create a safe, nurturing space where anyone—especially sensitive or curious souls—can explore healing, reconnect with themselves, and grow into a more empowered, aligned version of who they truly are.

We meet people where they are. Through therapeutic coaching, intuitive guidance, holistic skincare, and energy healing, we create a nurturing space for people to explore emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and the power of their own inner wisdom—without pressure, judgment, or needing to “already know how.”

We blend approachable, deeply personalized services with genuine connection. From therapeutic coaching and nervous system support to skin care and energy work, everything we offer is designed to meet people where they are, not where they’re “supposed” to be.

I created the Self-Care Center to be a space where anyone—whether you’re highly sensitive, deeply intuitive, or just starting to explore what “healing” even means—can come as you are and feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
