Inspired by Eastern medicine, where the body is seen as one connected system of energy, tension, and flow, this retreat unfolds as one continuous ritual rather than treatments one after another.
With Heather, Master Esthetician and Reiki Master Teacher, you begin with a customized facial, drift into an Indian head massage for the scalp, neck, and shoulders, then return to the face for a gua sha crystal facial, with Reiki energy work woven throughout.
At the same time, Thomas, our licensed acupuncture physician with more than 15 years of clinical experience, supports your body with acupuncture and reflexology to encourage balance, ease tension, and invite deep relaxation.

What makes the Eastern Medicine Retreat different?
Instead of booking a facial, acupuncture, and massage separately, two practitioners work together at the same time, so you receive the benefits of all of them in one seamless 90-minute experience.
Do I need to have tried acupuncture before?
No. Thomas will review your health history first and explain everything. Acupuncture needles are very fine, and most people feel little to nothing.
How much does the retreat cost?
